The main resort of Puerto del Carmen in Lanzarote has seeing some great improvements. got a new Golf course last year to boost its popularity and tourist facilities. This year work has started on a Marina in the old town. Puerto del Carmen’s new marina will allow for moorings of yachts and other boats plus more commercial ventures into the area. The rather busy promenade is also undergoing improvements with an increase in the pedestrian only areas.

On the Canary Island of Lanzarote there is one tourist destination that is the most established and has the most tourist traffic, this place is called Puerto del Carmen.
