New Scotland-Tenerife Flights
Flyglobespan has announced the opening of two new routes directly from Scotland to the Canary Islands starting from November 2007. The flights will go directly from Aberdeen and Durham Tees Valley airports and fares will start at around fifty pounds each way including taxes. According to cheapflights.com, the low-cost carrier recently announced the launch of flights from Glasgow to Orlando, Stansted to Chambery and Manchester to Toronto, firmly making its mark on the UK no-frills airline market. “Tenerife is proving a very popular destination for Flyglobespan customers. We already have daily flights there from Stansted, Glasgow and Liverpool and we look forward to welcoming new customers to the Flyglobespan experience,” said chairman Tom Dalrymple. He added that Flyglobespan also offers passengers pre-allocated seating.
